Jess has been teaching yoga for over 8 years, and weightlifting for 5. She likes to combine more traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques with body-strength, mobility exercises and balance challenges. The goal is to keep your breath steady, but in the process you will strengthen your whole body and unlock a new range of flexibility and movement.
